Calendar, Prices and Reservations
SPECIAL SEASON:
From July 1 to September 15.
HIGH SEASON:
All Weekends, Bridges, Parties, and the 2 weeks of Christmas.
LOW SEASON:
Rest of days

The maximum capacity of the house is 15 people.
Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation.
Maximum number of extra beds per room1
They can stay for € 45 per person per night in an extra bed.
With breakfast and 10% VAT included.
The accommodation pricesexcludethe Municipal Tourist Tax,
per person and day to people over 16 years.
Pets are welcome upon request.
Price per pet and day of € 10. PIt may vary according to size, race, or length of stay.
Check special prices forstays longer than one week.

SCHEDULE OFENTRY: from five pm He has 20:30 H.
EXIT: from 08:00 He has 11:30 H.
The reception is not open 24 hours.
Please indicate the approximate time of your arrival, for greater comfort.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The customer can cancel the reservation for free,
up to 30 days before arrival date.
In low season, at least thetransferof the amount of the first night of stay.
The rest of the seasons, the client will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
This amount will not be refundable to reduce the stay, or to not show up.
The amount pending to the reservation, together with the Tourist tax and any additional supplement, will have to be paidCash upon arrival.
Card payment is not allowed, only cash or transfer.
You cannot have parties / events.
You cannot smoke inside the whole house.
Children under 6 years old are not accepted.
When making the reservation the client accepts the conditions of the house.
